Kartice za popust mogu biti i fizičke, izdate u prodavnici, i virtualne, postavljene u profil kupca na sajtu. If you did not receive a card upon purchase or lost it, you can always get a new one when visiting the store by showing the sales receipt or warranty card of the previous purchase or by providing your login on the site. If you have a real card, but it is not listed in your profile on the site, you can submit a status change request from the "Roles and Discounts" section of your profile page, and we will clarify the data.
